Early Childhood Center Strategic Planning Committee
The Early Childhood Center (ECC) Strategic Planning Committee serves as a policy-making body for the school as well as an advisory committee of the Synagogue. The ECC Strategic Planning Committee is comprised of 2 members of the SWFS Board of Directors, a PA Chair representative, an Auction Chair representative, a Jewish Early Childhood Collaborative (JECC) representative, a teacher representative, and ECC parents who have expertise in various fields such as budgeting, human resources, or education. Committee members are appointed by the SWFS Board of Directors. The Committee addresses issues relating to school policies, the preparation of the ECC's budget and allocation of funds raised through ECC events, as well as many Synagogue-related issues. The ECC Strategic Planning Committee meets monthly.
